Superior Contaminant Removal
RO effectively removes up to 99% of dissolved salts, particles, and chemicals. It filters out lead, chlorine, fluoride, and other impurities, providing exceptionally pure and safe drinking water.
Versatile Home, Commercial & Industrial Use
Essential for homes, businesses (restaurants, labs), and industry (manufacturing, pharmaceuticals). Provides critical water purification for drinking, processes, and equipment protection across all sectors.
Convenient and Easy Access
An under-sink RO system provides purified water directly from a dedicated faucet. It offers a constant, reliable supply of great-tasting water right at home.
Selecting the right membrane technology hinges on your target contaminants and required water purity.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) removes almost all ions, molecules, and microorganisms.
Nanofiltration (NF) softens water by rejecting divalent ions but allows some monovalent salts.
Ultrafiltration (UF) removes particles, bacteria, and viruses but not dissolved salts.
Choose RO for high-purity, NF for softening, and UF as pretreatment or for specific particulate removal.
Pretreatment: Raw water first passes through filters (e.g., sediment, carbon filters) to remove large particles, chlorine, and organic impurities. This protects the RO membrane from damage and fouling.
High-Pressure Pumping: A high-pressure pump pushes the pretreated water into the RO membrane assembly. It creates pressure (usually 400-800 psi) to overcome the membrane’s osmotic pressure.
Membrane Separation: Water molecules penetrate the semipermeable RO membrane, while contaminants (salts, heavy metals, bacteria) are rejected and trapped on the membrane surface.
Product & Waste Water Discharge: Purified water (permeate) is collected as usable water. The concentrated wastewater (brine) with trapped impurities is flushed out to maintain membrane efficiency.
