Portable PE/PP Septic Tank

The PP tank generally has a three grid series structure for sewage treatment based on anaerobic fermentation and gravity precipitation


First grid: Primary sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation

·Sewage enters, with solid-liquid stratification: upper layer of manure skin, middle layer of clear liquid, and lower layer of ·manure residue.

·Anaerobic bacteria decompose organic matter and kill some bacterial eggs.


Second grid: Deep anaerobic digestion

·Middle layer fecal fluid flows into the fecal pipe

·Continue anaerobic decomposition and significantly reduce residual suspended solids.


Section 3: Clarification and Storage

·Further clarification of water quality, which can be discharged or used for agriculture after meeting the standards

Mold:

·Structure: Split type (upper tank body, lower tank body, partition, top cover), multi cavity mold

·Classification surface: sealing groove+sealing ring position, ensuring the sealing performance of the joint

·Wall thickness: ≥ 3.0mm (standard 1.0~1.5m ³ specification)

·Strengthening ribs: inner and outer rings+longitudinal ribs to enhance ring stiffness and compression resistance

·Fecal pipe hole, inlet and outlet, cleaning hole: integrated injection molding

·Cooling system: evenly distribute water and shorten cycle time

Injection molding:

·Mold clamping: Injection molding machine (800~1600T) locks the mold, pressure 120~160MPa

·Plasticization: barrel heating (180-220 ℃), screw rotation to melt PE

·Injection: Inject the melt adhesive into the mold cavity at high pressure and high speed (100-140MPa)

·Pressure holding: 80-100MPa, 10-30s, compensating for shrinkage

·Cooling: Mold temperature 30-50 ℃, water cooling, cycle 40-70s/mold

·Mold opening → ejection → retrieval: The robotic arm automatically retrieves the upper and lower pool bodies
