PP septic tanks mostly adopt a three-compartment integrated structure, which treats sewage by relying on anaerobic fermentation and gravity sedimentation principles.
The first compartment functions for primary sedimentation and anaerobic decomposition. After sewage flows in, solid and liquid separate naturally, with scum floating on the top, clear liquid in the middle, and sludge settling at the bottom. Anaerobic bacteria inside decompose organic pollutants and kill most parasite eggs and harmful bacteria.
The second compartment is designed for in-depth anaerobic digestion. The moderately treated intermediate sewage flows in through the diversion pipe to continue the anaerobic degradation process, greatly lowering residual suspended solids in the water.
The third compartment serves for further water clarification and temporary storage. It further purifies the water quality; once reaching discharge standards, the water can be directly drained or used for farm irrigation. The bottom sludge needs regular cleaning and maintenance every 1 to 2 years.

Mold clamping: Injection molding machine (800~1600T) locks the mold, pressure 120~160MPa
Plasticization: barrel heating (180-220 ℃), screw rotation to melt PE
Injection: Inject the melt adhesive into the mold cavity at high pressure and high speed (100-140MPa)
Pressure holding: 80-100MPa, 10-30s, compensating for shrinkage
Cooling: Mold temperature 30-50 ℃, water cooling, cycle 40-70s/mold
Mold opening → ejection → retrieval: The robotic arm automatically retrieves the upper and lower pool bodies
